Heidi Glynn is a registered psychologist, a member of the Australian Psychological Society, and specialises in organisational psychology. She previously graduated with a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, and a Masters in Organisational Psychology, from La Trobe and Monash Universities respectively.

Having completed extensive research in relation to job satisfaction and ‘person to job fit’, Heidi has the necessary professional skills to offer effective solutions for a range of workplace issues. She’s also extremely competent in the areas of consultancy, counselling and human resources and has worked with many national and multi-national organisations in the past.

With more than seven years’ experience in selection and recruitment, Heidi works hard to ensure her clients receive a bespoke service that gives them exactly what they need. She always aims to deliver a high-quality, personalised service that works in their very best interests.

Business consultant, Alex Del Brocco, has over ten years’ experience in workplace management and is a skilled leader, adept at motivating all types of workforces and individuals.

Having previously graduated from Deakin University with a degree in accounting, Alex later acquired a range of further professional accreditations and has worked with a diverse variety of organisations. Whether it’s handling recruitment issues or management matters, Alex always seeks to maximise everyone’s potential to ensure the best person-job fit, adding value to every client.

With experience in the administration and co-ordination of psychological assessments, Linda handles all the psychological assessment requirements at Barsky Consulting. This involves liaising with clients to ensure our service always exceeds their expectations and delivers the most effective results.

Linda previously completed a Bachelor of Arts and has experience working with a range of professional assessment tools.
